Nik Kirkpatrick: I’ve played the first one on and off for years but this one is so much better. Love that there are more towns to uncover, just wish you could choose which popups would pause the game! I don’t need to know every time the popularity goes up or whatever! These screens need to be faster and the music taken out! It’s a very fun mindless game overall however.
eINsTein: I played the first one, and I couldn’t resist the second one, more job, more adventures, more stuff more technical stuff, more feature, I wish someone in a near future has the capability to capture the vibe of this game and make it a triple A game, truly a gem to gamers who prefer simulation, adventures, exploration and a bit of casual survival, the goal is to beat yourself, and that kinda goal is always recommend In most things. 9/10, can’t really go all out 10/10 because some inanimate object.
Joshua Guerrero: I think this is a very good iteration of Dungeon Village. Compared to the previous game it adds a lot of Quality of Life changes and some additional features like pets, item upgrades, and non-adventurer NPCs thar visit your town as source of tourism income, albeit they pay lesser for the amenities. Overall it was a superb experience. It is a good and very refreshing take, and at the same price as the original to boot! I still have yet to experience the post-game.
