JB: I’ve tried Zillow and Realtor. Realtor seems to be the best app, esp. Concerning estimated property values. However, there is one thing we could improve on: the property accurately reflects our new assessment (as at 1/1/21) but taxes are calculated using the older millage rates. This makes our property’s tax calculation extremely high (13,500) and not the correct amount of $8,500 annually tax. This leads to buyers being misled when making decisions on items like property taxes.
Clyde X: The app is very useful. It is very easy to use. Excellent app. I would add the ability to filter homes for 55+ years old. I am 31 years old, so I don’t have to go see the homes. Filtering them would be nice, so I don’t have to go through every detail only to discover that the house is not available to me.
Sandra Thon: Excellent app! The only problem I have with the app is that the map feature doesn’t allow me to select a home and the crime option does not work. Does anyone know how to fix it? I restarted the app, and checked the settings. It was as good as I expected it to be before losing the crime-colored map.
