It doesn’t force users to follow too many steps or formats that may be unnecessary. This app is great for simple, elegant messaging. The developers deserve a big thank you for their hard work. RCS isn’t ready for primetime so we looked for alternatives to Google. Textra is great. I love the user level customization. (Warning: It can take a while to set it up.) But, after one week it has been very reliable. Paid $4 to cancel ads and I am all set with a great MMS/SMS app.
Mikey Blake: You can make your preferences very personal, making it easy to create some really fun ones. Pro isn’t a product you should be forced to buy. The only ad they display is at the top right of your conversation screen screen. This makes it easy to overlook. Pro doesn’t come with any restrictions. Textra is a great app that does everything, including ads, features and functionality. It is definitely a worthy app that deserves its modest premium price.
