If you’ve ever played role-playing strategy games combined with real-time adventure (RTS Survival), you must have been inhibited many times with the hesitation in the character’s movements or the unnecessarily slow speed, or a bunch of ridiculous details and inadequacies in the graphics. Strange World doesn’t have all of these issues. This is why Strange World has been a great success in the modern strategy RPG world. You should definitely play it once to see the genius of the creator.
The original goal of the game creator was to create a mobile game that could bridge the gap between PC and mobile games. This game has been realized. It is enough to see the strict criteria used in Strange World. The ending exceeded all expectations and was beautiful. Since its inception, Strange World has been a satisfying game for any avid gamer.
The story is very short, but it’s engaging and captivating right from the beginning.
The main character is a man from the 21st Century. Accidentally, he was swept into a mysterious black hole by external shocks. He woke up in a strange land, with no people and everything strange and terrifying. He studied step by step, while taking precautions and getting ready for battle to save his life. He found companions along the way. They all joined forces to defeat monsters and uncover the secrets of an ancient alien civilisation.
But this is not the survival battle you’ve seen before.
Why? Strange World has many real-time strategic elements. The environment around you can affect your actions and reactions, so it is important to be aware of these factors before you enter the game’s world. The screen’s limited size is limited to the main character, and the screen has the same dimensions as a normal person. This means that you won’t know what awaits you in the future. At this point, the game cleverly uses a third-person perspective so that you can easily observe the main character’s steps. But, your limited vision in real life will leave you feeling breathless.
You are not the only one who has a role in role-playing combat. You will find more friends to help you in the later, more difficult parts of Strange World. Finally, you will have four members with different strengths and weaknesses. These 4 will work together in battle, if you choose the right option. There are 16 characters you can include in your group.
The entire progression and actions of characters in Strange World will be led by the plot, more precisely, the character’s narrative. For example, your character will exclaim: “Oh, it looks like a spear in front of me, I can use it as a weapon, run over and pick it up”, or sometimes make self-assurance: “There is another weird monster, it’s okay, let’s fight, I’ll be fine.” These lines are sometimes meaningless (because everybody knows that we need to pick up weapons automatically when we see them), but sometimes they will reveal some interesting speculations, helping you to slowly understand everything going on and partly let you get to the big secret behind the accident that fell from the sky.
Interestingly, you can not only combine each character’s power to fight but also arbitrarily change your power or retrofit your teammates. It doesn’t matter how accurate it is to the real world, your friends will still be loyal to you and will never let you down.
Strange World bridges mobile and PC gaming.
While there are many innovative ideas being brought into the game, I think that Strange World’s strong real-time tactical combat element brings it closer than PC games. Why? Why?
There are also countless extra features such as: picking up wood, building a house, building a fire, organizing exploration sessions… With such a large number of actions and details, each character is equipped with up to 9 different skills that are all shown on the right corner of the screen. To switch between skills, you just need to touch.
Strange World operations are extremely smooth and fast. One example of this is when a character touches an enemy with a weapon, he will automatically attack it until he kills them. Or when you touch an animal, the character will automatically kill it to make food, when you touch the wood, he will pick it up and build houses…
Your strategic thinking and reasoning abilities will be displayed throughout the game. The small details, such as choosing the right skills and weapons for each monster will be important. You’ll also have to make general decisions: who should you choose to join your team, and who to fight in each battle. If you are facing large-sized monsters, such as aggressive, aggressive monsters, you will need a companion mechanic who can build a small defensive structure quickly. The other two members of your team will be the two monster fighters.
Graphics
The 3D scene and character creation are amazing in the very first seconds. Strange World is an original graphic work. It is a harmonious blend of motion, high-tech graphics, and lighting. Each detail is animated in a way that looks like a movie. It uses the light and shadow areas, as well as every detail. The game looks real, even though it’s a mobile app.

Special Developer Notes:
Our fond memories of playing RTS on our computers inspired us when we set out to create Strange World. We wanted to make that experience mobile-friendly and incorporate survival elements from current mobile games. Our goal was to create a hybrid game that wasn’t available widely on the market. To bridge the gap between mobile and PC, new systems were developed. This involved our team creating dozens upon dozens of prototypes that addressed RTS controls on smartphones. The final product is an intuitive gesture control mechanism that allows the game achieve traditional RTS-like feelings on a smartphone. The game is a PC-based RTS game that combines multi-unit control, resource management and battle system. It also features modern survival elements like item crafting and metagame upgrades. We want the final product to be unique and break the mold of existing mobile game genres.

Moth: It’s not bad, but it is a little strange. However, the game gets better as you progress. Nice little twist. Graphics design seems a little odd, but game play can be good.

Bleebloop0: This is a great game. @ Albert, it’s ram that you need not memory and SD cards don’t do the same job as onboard unfortunately.. All you can really do in this case is download a reliable phone booster or if you can, just invest in buying or getting a better device.
